Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: November 12, 2025

Use of our Services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy (the “Acceptable Use Policy”), which is incorporated by this reference into our Terms of Service and/or Enterprise Agreement (as applicable, the “Agreement”).  Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific term of the Agreement and a specific term of this Acceptable Use Policy, the specific term of this Acceptable Use Policy shall govern. This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated by Pano from time to time upon reasonable notice (which may be provided through the Services or by posting an updated version of this Acceptable Use Policy on the Website).

  1. Services Restrictions
    1. You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not use or interact with the Services in a manner that:
      1. infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else (including Pano);
      2. violates any law or regulation, including, without limitation, any applicable export control laws, privacy laws or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Pano;
      3. is untrue or contains misinformation;
      4. is dangerous, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
      5. jeopardizes the security of your Pano User ID, account or anyone else’s (such as allowing someone else to log in to the Services as you);
      6. attempts, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user;
      7. violates the security of any computer network, or cracks any passwords or security encryption codes;
      8. runs Maillist, Listserv, any form of auto-responder or “spam” on the Services, or any processes that run or are activated while you are not logged into the Services, or that otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Services (including by placing an unreasonable load on the Services’ infrastructure);
      9. “crawls,” “scrapes,” or “spiders” any page, data, or portion of or relating to the Services or Content (through use of manual or automated means), including camera location;
      10. copies or stores any significant portion of the Content; 
      11. integrates any Content into any third party site or service;
      12. shares Content in any way other than (a) if made available, through a Pano “share” function or (b) fire incident information as expressly permitted below; 
      13. decompiles, disassembles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to the Services;
      14. alters, changes, or removes any copyright or trademark notices;
      15. copies, reproduces, creates derivative works of, modifies, translates, publishes, broadcasts, transmits, distributes, performs, uploads, displays, leases, licenses, transfers, assigns, sells, rents, commercializes, or otherwise exploits the Services;
      16. provides access as an outsourced service or uses the Services to operate a service bureau or on a timesharing basis; or
      17. competes with or otherwise negatively impacts the Services or Pano.
  1. User Content and Submissions Restrictions
    1. You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through the Services any User Submissions that: 
      1. infringe any third party's copyrights or other rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, etc.);
      2. are untrue or contain misinformation; 
      3. contain sexually explicit content or pornography; 
      4. contain hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incite hatred against any individual or group; 
      5. exploit minors; 
      6. depict unlawful acts or extreme violence; 
      7. depict animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals; 
      8. promote fraudulent schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, get rich quick schemes, online gaming and gambling, cash gifting, work from home businesses, or any other dubious money-making ventures;
      9. violate any law;
      10. include any protected critical infrastructure information (without the prior written consent of Pano); or
      11. includes any data that is subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) or that is sensitive information under applicable privacy laws (e.g., social security number, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number, account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number, racial or ethnic origin, citizenship or immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, genetic data, biometric information, health information, sex life or sexual orientation).
  1. A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the Services.
